Project Engineer
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end execution of security systems projects, from initial planning and design through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, site- surveys, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform system integration and configuration, including testing and troubleshooting, to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users on installed systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including as-built drawings and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of security systems, with a focus on CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to security systems and electronic security technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Security Systems Technician
Duties
- Install, commission, and maintain security and communication systems, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Smart Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and Security Robotics Solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues with security and communication systems
- Provide ongoing technical support to customers
- Conduct testing, configuration, and commissioning of security and communication systems
- Document all work performed, including installation details, maintenance records, and troubleshooting steps
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Systems Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Smart Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Security Robotics Solutions
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
