Data Analysts
Duties

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.

• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for internal and client use.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to interpret complex data sets.

• Support the development and improvement of AI algorithms for our security systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies is a plus.

 

 

Duties

• Monitor and manage AI-powered surveillance systems and patrol robots from the command centre.

• Analyze real-time data feeds to detect and respond to security breaches or irregular activities.

• Coordinate with on-ground security personnel and provide them with critical information and instructions.

• Maintain detailed logs of incidents and actions taken, and prepare regular reports for management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to surveillance and communication systems.

• Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed and updated as needed.

• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a security operations center or command centre role.

• Strong knowledge of security systems, including AI surveillance and communication technologies.

• Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Proficiency in using monitoring software and tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.

Duties

• Oversee all duties of Security Officers and Senior Security Officers.

• In charge of CCTV and central alarm monitoring centers.

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments.

• Plan and review team performance.

• Train and assess subordinates.

• Develop training and competency roadmaps for the team.

• Conduct after-action reviews to improve security operations.

• Regulate traffic under Section 142B of Road Traffic Act

• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid PLRD license

• Complete and pass the required modules under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) security training framework.
